For several days now they have been waiting for the MRSA test to return before being able to transfer him to East Grinstead. This test they have been told several times takes two days….and was taken on Saturday. Still, finally, it returned/was found today and it’s all clear [...]
Last weekend after our trip to the dogs my brother in law was complaining of an odd lump on his finger. By sunday lunchtime it had swelled up somewhat so on the advise of NHS direct he went to the emergency doctor who gave him some antibiotics and told him not to worry about it.

When we log a call with you, one of the first pieces of information that we *have* to give you is the output from the uname command. This is obviously an important piece of information - without it we can’t even get a call logged.
