Megablocks for sale at legoland? Are you *sure*. That’s incredibly unlikely unless as a result of the recent sale of the parks.

I seem to recall that the protection of the basic brick design ran out a while ago - hence the multitude of copy blocks now available. Most of the more exotic bricks and components are still protected however.

I stumbled on this page when I was looking to find out if Megablocks were manufactured by Lego. It looks to me that the must be some copyright issues as they are so similar. I was recently at Legoland Windsor and Megablocks were for sale in the Lego shop!!
