Well, Christmas is over (at least two third of it - second set of Grandparents tomorrow for XmasIII ) and tonight is the night of a friends Christmas/New Yr/Divorce/Engagement party (yes, divorce and engagement all in one. Different people involved obviously :-))

We are not going as we are totally knackered having had Jake in a sod of a mood last night and generally being a pain. The excitement of half a million presents followed by the creation of Europes cardboard mountain in our conservatory caught up with him last night and resulted in not a lot of sleep for anyone.

Still, he had a couple of hours sleep in the car on the way home and seems more human now. He is already in bed as I type…

Right. What did I do with that bottle of port?…
